Follow the Customer Journey

Our first event in September is called ‘Follow the Customer Journey’. The main subject of this convention is to share economic ratios that make us successfull and obtain a better understanding of guest service psychology. The event is planned 26 & 27 september 2013 in Thermae 2OOO near Maastricht.

The event Follow the Customer Journey is based on a new strategy which brings organizations from market share to mindshare.

It comprehends an analysis of customers and improvement of service strategy at the same time. Driver is the unconscious emotional trip of a guest before, at and after a stay in one of our wellness resorts. We have to learn how to influence these emotions positively to come in the mindset of our guests. Often achieved by little unexpected attention. At the conference this topic will be used to share best practices that you can bring back to your Spa.
