We offer a variety of services to a group of interest. We are always on the move to create activities where people meet each other. They meet each other for synergy reasons always to the benefit of the wellness industry in Europe. We organize themed conferences under label like:

-  Follow the Customer Journey; members meet suppliers where main topic is sharing best practices and fine tuning benchmark

-  Meet the Money, spa owners/operators meet investors to discuss wellness opportunities

Next to this we have created an ongoing web based
KPI benchmark for wellness companies in Europe. This system has a split-up in destination Spa's with or without a hotel en hotel spa’s. This service is only available for members of ISWKC.
Finally ISWKC offers several modules in
Guest Service Psychology training for wellness management. Main goal is to achieve higher scores in guest reviews to come in the mindset of customers.
